A little out-of-the-way, but great storage at a great price!
I recently purchased a small, short-term storage space. The transaction was quick and easy -- although the video-representative kiosk rental process was a little painful. The storage space was immediately available; clean; convenient; and very cost-effective (particularly given storage unit rental prices in central Austin!!).
While the video-representative kiosk process was a little awkward, it did enable me to get into my unit super-fast, and was, in the final analysis, pretty convenient.

Good buy for the price
Public Storage in Bee Cave and manager Luanne really went overboard helping me get the right size storage room and for a fair price compared to what I had before at another storage facility.
Luanne is always polite, energetic, and want to help you if you have any issues with your storage room. I had to switch twice now from large to small and Luanne helped my moving to be more pleasant. Best storage facility around.

Easing stress with a smile
Luanne made the process easy. She helped me pick a room that was easy to access, showed me how the locks and access worked, and even suggested tricks like taking a photo of my access code and registering online in case I can't recall the code. A huge stress taken off my hands with a smile. Thanks, Luanne!

Storage facility is conveniently located in the Lakeway/BeeCave area. Extra clean inside, and looks/feels brand new. A/C was nice and cool inside the units. And getting to deal with Marjorie is an extra special treat. She's pretty great!

Updated review! Thanks to Miss Marjorie, all was made right. She called me first thing Monday morning and we were able to discuss the customer service issue that I had over the weekend with the weekend/relief staff. I'm thankful the unit I was interested in was still available and that we could get things set up so quickly. Miss Marjorie is very serious about having satisfied clients and I appreciate her enthusiasm for her facility. In terms of the facility, that place is spotless! It looks brand new but is actually older than I thought. Great care has been taken to ensure the grounds and the storage units are clean. I can highly recommend Public Storage on 620 and Miss Marjorie!

Had a wonderful experience dealing with Miss Marjorie, the manager. My initial inquiry was handled professionally by the call center. And then shortly afterward, The manager from the public storage branch called me back personally to secure the unit for me.
The unit is clean, and we received excellent pricing on our first month.
