Melinda was totally awesome!!
Melinda was totally awesome!!! I've never been treated so kind and greeted with the most beautiful smile ever. She was so knowledgeable about Public Storage and their products!! Hard to believe it was just her third day when I purchased my storage unit? I highly recommend this company to everyone that's searching for an A-1 establishment!!!!! Thanks again Melinda!!!!

Great staff and quaint location
Great staff and quaint location. Security gate was stuck in open position. There is an on-site manager and plenty of cameras but no controlled access. I have been there a couple of times and the gate was still open

Terrance I arrived over an hour late for my appointment but without hesitation mr. Terrence got up and gladly showed me my reserve unit and went over my paperwork and make sure it was exactly what I wanted. Patient knowledgeable and great customer service. I recommend this place to anybody!

So in the last few weeks, I have been doing business with peach orchard Public Storage because my sick father has a unit here. The service that we have received from Mr. Terrance is more than amazing. His service is very prompt and on time. There was a time when my Father took ill on the property Terrance went above and beyond to help my father get back in his car and cooled down and got him the assistance he needed. I'm so over whelmed with the service we have received from Mr. Terrance he made sure we had all the things we need to protect my parents items. Its very rare you go to a place and receive the service that we received while dealing with Terrance. So even though we moved out of state we are very satisfied with our things back in Augusta because the way he runs his property and treat his customers is just like we are all family. To see that he has now received a trophy for his achievements I'm just glad that his work is noticed. If you need it stored public storage is the place to go. He will make sure your things are protected and insured and secured. So I highly recommend Mr. Terrance

Terrance on peach orchard Rd. Is one of the Best!!! His customer service is over the top we went in there to purchase a unit with our parents and he explained everything to us, things we did not know about securing our items he made sure we knew what was necessary to have to secure our belongings. After that he told us extra things that would also be a benefit to help protect our things. Mr.Terrance made us laugh and we felt right at home. We went by there today just to inquire about the broken gate and he ensured us that he is on top of getting it repaired. So if you want friendly service peach orchard is the place to go.....

Im committed to updating my review every month so that the Property manager on Peach Orchard gets noticed. It's very rare to find this type of Customer Service. Terrance on peach orchard is the BEST. In all the years of doing business with public storage the new manager at peach orchard knows his job. Hes very thorough and he takes his time and explains everything to you. For years we used our own personal pad lock on our unit, but Terrance explained all the benefits of having a public storage disk lock on our unit. So we purchased it. He gave us a pleasant presentation on his damp check products and yes we purchased one of them as well. This property was very trashy around back before he came here. but he has improved this place in so many ways. Public Storage i don't know how you all show reconization to your employees, but this guy deserves some type of employee of the month. He is just so skilled when it comes to customer service and I am thankful to have met him and done business with him. He stands up when you walk into his office and greet you with a smile each and every time. So when i here people talking about needing a storage i will be sending them to peach orchard rd. Mr. Terrance is the man with a great public storage plan. This guy goes above and beyond to show his customers excellent customer service.... Might I add others should take notes on how smooth he is with his customers. It's like he is a naturalist when it comes to great customer service skills.

The personnel that we worked with in securing a rental unit enabled us to get the right size unit for our needs and were able to do so within the limited time structure that we faced. Their cooperation, along with their very friendly personalities, made a difficult time in our family medical situation a great deal easier. 1st time storage
This was a first time for me renting a storage area customer service was awesome but the back lot was a mess ! Looked like a dumping ground I was tempted to try another area but the young lady was very persuasive in talking me into staying saying how secure my items would be I will see how things go .
