Just moved in
These people are the best. We just moved in, and I cannot think of one single thing these people could have done to make us happier (short of handling the move for us--haha). Everything worked perfectly and precisely how they said it would. They are paying attention to make sure everything is working right and secure. And they're just nice. If you're looking for a storage place, you'll be happy you chose these fine folks. Oh, and the facility is in perfect shape!

Well spoken respectable friendly staff
So far so good. Very nice and easy sign up with the friendly staff. Only thing is I couldn't find a cart to help haul stuff to unit yet not far from door easy access. Thank you

Rental was quick and easy
Rental was quick and easy, facility was clean, security appeared top notch. There were a few fees that surprised me as I did not see them anywhere until we were in the final stretch of signing the contract.

My experiences with Public Storage have...
My experiences with Public Storage have been very good. Dawn is knowledgeable and nice. However, due to the price increases the last few years at Public Storage, I will research other companies before renting another unit.

Dawn the location manager did a...
Dawn the location manager did a terrific job showing us all aspects of storing our goods by walking us through the facility... She worked partially into her lunch break of THIRTY minutes...it takes her 5-7 minutes to find a fast food restaurant nearby and the same time to return, which leaves approximately 16-20 minutes to chug down lunch...B.Wayne Hughes probably gives his Spendthrift farm workers more time to eat .. I'm sure you guys can do Better Than That!!...that is truly appalling!!!

Going Above and Beyond for the Company!
Dawn is very professional! this is my second unit with PS and even though I already rent one unit, Dawn made certain I completed the process as if it were my first rental. She made sure I was getting the unit I needed by asking all of the questions required by PS. Dawn walked me to the new unit had me confirm that the new unit would work. She walked back to the office and completed the paperwork line for line. She made sure I understood what I was signing. Dawn's customer service and professionalism is a rarity in today's busy world. I hope others recognize and appreciates the importance of Dawn to Public Storage!

Dawn was very helpful with the leasing process and ensuring that we were renting the right size unit. Clean units. Feels secure, multiple places requiring an access code. Only drawback was a few extra charges I wasn't ready for...maybe my fault. If you don't have insurance, be ready to pay at least $11 a month for this. Also, if you haven't previously used a storage unit, the required lock is $20. Overall, a good experience.

Room for Snow Removal improvement
Really like this property and the property manager. Unfortunately, I had to drop some items off a few days after a snow storm and found 12 inches of snow still in front of my unit. For North facing doors the contractor should be able to plow to within 3 to 6 inches of the door and get the rest with a shovel, ATV with a plow, or a snowblower. A little disappointed to return yesterday, a full week since the storm and no further snow removal.
