Too many slides
In the process of clearing out my parent's home, I discovered my father's collection of film slides from over 50 years. Ultimately, I needed a small unit to store 20 boxes worth. Went to the Public Storage website, found the right size locker, booked and paid for it all online. Showed up on the start date, found the unit, found the lock, unloaded the boxes and off I went. They also had the keyless gate entry through the App. This could not have been any easier or more convenient.Definitely recommend!!

More maintenance and cleaning
The spaces are very dirty, they do not fumigate them and they do not give them due maintenance, the customer service is good, but the gate times are very short at night, since there are people who leave work late and we have to get to the storage quickly.

My new place of storage.
I needed to storage unit and they were close to where I currently live it's a very large spacious lot all the storage units are on the ground floor which is nice and the Personnel was very courteous I started moving a few things in there today no problem.

The streets.
The experience that I have had has been great. In all honesty the only thing that doesn't make this a perfect review is the area surrounding the storage. On the street arriving to the entrance it is surrounded by homeless with trash and trailers that make the area look very scary as you approach you almost don't want to leave your stuff . However on the bright side the second you pass the gate everything is very clean and the complete opposite .

I went in stressed out & in a fluster but Brandon had such great customer service it really saved my day. For someone so young, he was eager to help me with my every need & the initiative he took as a customer service manager was unbelievable; so professional. If you're renting here, ask for Brandon!

Great facility!
The manager, Irma was very nice and helpful. The facility is clean and appears to be well lit and safe with many security cameras. The process of signing up (online) was easy and when I went in to finalize the rental, it was quick and easy. I received a discount for applying online.
