Easiest storage rental ever.!!
The process for renting a unit is almost seamless - I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t follow the app instructions on opening the gate with my phone or it would have been flawless.!! Highly recommend this facility

Overall, a good experience
Cameras inside of each hallway would be preferred. It is easy to get in and out of the compound which is beneficial. The gate is a good touch for security. The on-site manager is very easy to work with and the price isn't too expensive. Overall, a very good experience.

Clean dry unit, management helpful
Have had the unit for a week. The facility has cameras everywhere, electronic access security gates, landscaping is pruned up and away from the buildings and fencing. Helpful staff set me up with the unit, made sure I understood the contract, fees, etc that are included; prices were all reasonable. The rep was friendly, personable, and pleasant. They walked me out to the bldg where my unit is located, made sure it was the size I needed. The driveway paved access is clean and maintained, unit access hallway doors are secure. My indoor unit was clean, had a working light, no signs of water, weather or critter access anywhere, and the unit door has a weatherstrip seal across the bottom.

I loved the staff

I never do reviews but I had to this time. The employee I dealt with was amazing! Super friendly, very thorough and even recommended a new place to eat as I am new to the area! Her name was Aleks . Rental unit
Aleks was great. Very friendly and helpful. Ray was also helpful. I did have some friction when confronting about the huge difference of online prices and the inability to honor the presented offer. After going through hoops I was able to rent the unit via submitting an online reservations while sitting in the office. Which I feel is very silly and not very accomadating to the customer service focus

It has been my history to use Public Storage exclusively when in the need. That's because I have found them to be clean, well-kept, well-lighted, friendly, courteous, and generally the best. However, I hasten to add that I have never tried anyone else because I have always been well-satisfied with Public Storage.
