I am in the process of moving homes and...
I am in the process of moving homes and needed a storage unit to store my household items. I contacted public storage online and received a call back from the manager at the location George. He was very friendly and went over how big of a unit I would be most comfortable with. When I arrived he went over the area and hours of the unit and took the time to walk through the unit with us. He was very informative. I would highly recommend this storage facility. The location is right next to the police station and city hall, so I am guessing my unit will be nice and safe!

Overall, a good place for storage.
While a bit more expensive than most locations, this one is next to a police station so security should be better than most. It is also easy to find and get to, just off Hwy's 18 and 169. They have cameras-I think they could add some but they do have some in place. I like the fact that you have to enter your own code to enter and exit so they can track who comes and goes and when.

We just started renting and the process to figure out which unit is best for us was very easy! George was the employee who helped us and he answered any questions we had plus everything he did he did with a smile. Overall really amazing experience! I would highly recommend.

Excellent, friendly service and very helpful.
The manager was quick to return my call when I placed the online reservation. Walked me through the whole process. When I arrived, I was given a tour of the available units and we signed the paperwork. Couldn't have been any easier.

The right size at the right price
I registered on line to reserve my unit. They had only one left of the popular 5x15 I needed. It was held and available a week later when I could get in. The manager made the transaction fast and easy for me. My only wish is that the codes were four digit.

Space at a reasonable price, good looking facility- Public Storage -Maple Valley
We found the location with an online search and were able to establish space availability with an online reservation. When we arrived there was a space that better suited our needs and a change was made with no hassle or additional cost. The office staff was friendly and informative. Well Done.

Available for our needs
We shopped around at as many storage facilities in our area as we could, and even though it was a little pricier (not the priciest though), their facility is in great shape, climate controlled so my furniture will be in the same condition when I pulled it out as when I put it in, clean, friendly management. Overall great experience, just a little more than we were planning on spending, but worth it! Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Room for improvement, but might use again.
We still have a unit rented, so this review may be premature. I will say that the location of the facility seemed safe and convenient to get to. It also seemed very clean and simple (in a good way). I am not sure of the customer service at this time as we are still getting charged for insuring items in the unit after I have tried to get that extra fee waived. We have our own insurance company covering the contents, so seem to be paying for double coverage. The communication is not the greatest on the other end. I finally decided it's too much work for me to change that and moved onto bigger fish. But the system should be set up to be much more user friendly for the customer in order to avoid this type of frustration. After we move our belongings from the unit in the next few months, I hope that all is well as I plan to post a follow up review.
