I had to get a storage unit for a family member a year ago. First time using a facility and was very easy to reserve online, answered all questions I've had quickly. I plan to move and store most of my household as well while I wait on a new residence.

Easy process and staff is on it!
Loved the user-friendly web-site to reserve my unit. Their introduction call was made promptly and offered support and contact information, should I need it. I needed a change in size for my unit. I called their office and I literally had what I needed in 10 minutes along with a confirmation of my changes. Staff was warm, friendly, and accommodating.

Move in hassle
Reserved ahead of time. No one at counter on move in day. Waited around in the rain for 30 minutes. Called every public storage phone number I could find to
try to complete move in and get gate code. Was passed around multiple times then finally routed back to the front desk of the place I was standing outside of. No one answered. I could not complete on line registration because the only payment option was via bank account and routing number. Which I did not have memorized. Why couldn't I just use a card??

I only needed the storage unit briefly but was VERY pleased with the service specially BABES!! everyone was wonderful to work with, I was just blown away by the kindness and professionalism at the location. Great customer service!! Chandra was my main contact with Babes guiding, as Chandra is new to the company. They were both very helpful and happy to answer any questions I had. We managed to go through the sign up process rather quickly and efficiently! The main office, hallways and grounds were clean and clutter free. Excellent customer service! I'm currently moving from Spokane to Seattle so I'm in between apartments. Ive never had a storage unit so I thought I'd give this place a try. Glad I did! I was running late due to road construction and other problems on my way from Spokane and Judy went above and beyond for me. She was patient and was thorough with everything even though we were limited on time. Definitely recommend! Great first experience!

Safe and trustworthy
Thomas Stars made the best experience of me renting for the first time on my own. He knew exactly what I needed to fit my belongings and he was so friendly and professional. The area is open until 9pm and it's always well lit so even though it was dark and rainy this past weekend while moving, I felt totally safe and I can trust having my things locked up there. They are extremely helpful in your moving and I will definitely come back. Thank you!

Superb Customer Service
Moving is stressful enough, however when you put your 1,600 sq.ft. house in storage and you realize you have to much for the unit you already rented panic set it. I called the fabulous Heather and said I need another space and it's now 3:00 in the afternoon and she said we take our last reservation at 4:30 you start driving the 75 miles in your U-Haul. Of course traffic is heavy and you are hoping you get there in time and I did. When I walked in Trent was figuring out the best situation for me. I needed to be inside, heated and had a 2nd floor originally set-up. Trent not only got me into a 10x30 first floor heated, he worked out all the details so efficiently and quickly I couldn't be happier. Heather and Trent went the extra mile to help me get set-up, give me the best possible price (saved me money) and I'm on the first floor. That was the best, not having to go up the elevator I would have still be there. I've been there now several times at different times of the day, I always feel safe and secure. It's 2 miles for me to drive there from my new place. Couldn't be happier. Thank you just doesn't seem to be enough, I'm grateful.

Personable, easy & convenient
This is my first time renting out a storage space, and I couldn't have asked for an easier experience. The lady who helped us out, Heather, was amazing. She was genuinely sweet and personable. I would definitely recommend Public Storage (ours is located in Lynnwood, WA next to VCA Alderwood Companion Animal Hospital on 24th ave.).
