Nightmare
When we called about moving in, we were told that the space was already occupied by someone else and that they did not have our records. I looked up and found a $40 payment to our credit card. ( Today I found an message on my phone saying that a mistake had been made and our credit card was used for another account or something like that.). I hassled trying to find another place for our trailer. Then we showed up at the original place asking about it and they begin to re-rent use the same space at double the price. While executing the paperwork, someone called and said a mistake had been made and that in fact we were able to rent it. I spend many hours being upset about this situation. My husband and I are 74 years old. It caused us to question our decision to use Public Storage and I doubt if we will use it again.

The lady who helped me with my reservation when I arrived was thorough, polite, friendly, enthusiastic, etc. I actually commented to her at the time what a great employee she is. So whoever she is, do whatever you need to do to hang onto her!

I'm pleased with the facility.
There was an issue with the facility being open for my appointment on Sunday morning. There was a family emergency with one of the employees. The guy who came over from another facility (Tony) to open up was exceptional.

Quick, easy, inexpensive and efficient.
I looked through all the public storage available rental spaces and this location had the most inexpensive price out of all of them. Theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re not to far from my house as well. I put my reservation in before work and came by when I got off and was in and out of that office in no time. Tasha was great to work with. I actually made a reservation for another unit for my boss. So I already recommended it and heﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s going to go look at it on the weekend, well probably now.

I recently rented a unit
I recently rented a unit. All the employees were very polite and helpful.
I'm not sure why the gates are open during business hours, when everyone who has a storage unit should have a code. Anybody could drive in and do whatever as the employees don't check out the people.

Superlative experience. Only quibble is that the moving carts would be much more useful if some were on hand in each building, rather than having to trundle them down and around the facility from the office area. Otherwise, no issues/complaints!

Our experience with Public Storage was great.
My dad and I went to Public Storage here in Burien, Washington. We didn't know about what size we would need although we had an idea. The guy showed us (patiently) a few different sizes and let us see them so we could judge about how much they would hold. Now our place is much cleaner. Thank you.

Working As Intended
The paperwork at the beginning was the toughest part of renting here by far, and it was simple and easily accomplished thanks to the helpful lady at this location. It didn't have 24 hour access, but the timeframe worked for me, and I never had any issues getting in or out, accessing my area and whatnot. It was also quite cheap. I only needed a small place, like a small walk-in closet's worth, and they had that for a very reasonable rate. Didn't like having to pay for the lock, but I guess I have one any time I need to use one of those weird barrel ones? 10/10 Would rent again.
