I don't know If I would recommend yet , the roaches are a game changer.
When we went to place our items into the storage unit. We saw a bunch of Roaches running around and it looked like they were coming out of the unit right beside the one we had just started renting out. So, to be honest if I see any of them in the unit that I'm renting then I probably will have to move my items elsewhere. I don't deal with bugs, and I definitely don't want to bring any into my house so I'm going to check on the unit periodically and decide from there.

It was more expensive than I thought it would be.
The compulsory insurance should be noted on website, another cost, as well as needing a lock
But they did let me use one of the locks they had, which was appreciated.

Solid cheap storage option
Dirtier than I expected with some spiders/spiderwebs and dark, but spacious and awesome for the price. Also remember to buy a lock, I forgot and had to go get one!

Check in troubles with staff members
I called earlier in the morning and spoke to an employee about renting requirements and times when we could check in. I stated I’d be to the facility closer to closing (5:30) but would be as early as possible due to us moving from another city. I arrived to the facility to check in around 5:15 to claim my unit but had already reserved online and gave most of the information they needed. When I walked into the office, the man working asked what I needed and I told him, as he proceeded to say “I’m new and I don’t know how to do that so I can’t help you, sorry.” He followed that with “and we close at 5:30 and I have to clock out by then and I won’t get paid so I don’t really have the time.” This upset me terribly considering I had spoke to the facility prior and felt as if that was his way of not wanting to do it because he was ready to go home. I, at this moment had no other place to put my things hence reserving the storage. I asked him how we could get the unit today so I could move my things and he said he had no phone number or a way to contact anyone to help him. I became upset and unsure of what to do and told him I needed him to do something to get me one. He said “well I guess we can try this but I doubt it will help” and proceeded to knock on the conjoined door of the office where a lady came out and asked what I needed. I was in the middle of explaining myself when the man who was working before asked her to move so he could punch out and go home. She said “thanks I appreciate it, it’s my day off” and was not very friendly at all the entire time. I felt like they did not want to help me and were only worried about going home or what they had to do without any concern of me not having a place to go if they didn’t. I probably wouldn’t have proceeded to keep the unit at that time, but I was in a position and at that moment, I needed their help. The unit itself was extremely small and I was shocked to see how expensive something like that was per month.
