I tried another storage unit before making phone call to you and the person on other end of phone was rude and not helpful at all. Your company is very friendly. Great Move-in Experience!
I had a great move in experience. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m terrible with names but I believe it was Stephanie who walked me through my lease and made me feel very welcomed. I really appreciated the ease and accommodations with flat beds available for me to empty my uhaul and move into my space all by myself. So far so good and very happy with my experience!

Ugh, holiday schedule
I reserved the day before a holiday and planned to move in after the holiday. Great in theory for an online process but nope, there was a lock on the unit I was assigned, I couldn't get into the gate as my code wouldn't work so I waited until someone left to get in. Called the next day and got Sean who was helpful.

Great Staff
Stephany was awesome! Greeting me as soon as I walked into the office, explained everything regarding the rental agreementﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦthe doﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s and dontﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢sﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦescorted me to the unit, etc. Would highly recommend this storage company. On a positive note to the indoor storage, you can drive you vehicle into the building to unloadﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦI was not expecting that.
