How Businesses Should be run!
I rented here for a month-ish. I landed with them via sparefoot.com gateway and dealt with Miles. I chose this facility off a review, and the service was incredible. Not only the easiest to book, but when I told Miles I was pulling up with a trailer, he made a conscious effort and put me in a unit that enabled me the easiest turn around and not have to fuss with any kind of backing up. Who does that these days? He was so pleasant on the phone, explained everything very well. The unit itself was perfect and very clean. He also made check out extraordinarily easy! I had some connectivity challenges being on travel in remote locations, but he had the patience and professionalism to help me tie up all my loose ends, and check out of the unit with such ease. Even went above and beyond to assist. It's this kind of service - actual humans helping other humans that really make a night and day difference, ya know? Thanks Miles. Wish I could deal with folks of your good nature more often. Have a wonderful Christmas Season, and hope this business sees much prosperity in years to come.

Total Class Act: Service was Above & Beyond...
Miles was extremely customer service oriented, polite, handled the set up and move in easily and thoroughly. Even assigned me a convenient unit once i told him i was coming with stuff on a utility trailer (as opposed to a box truck). This way i could easily maneuver and still drive right up to my door.
In a world dominated by lack of the ﾃ｢竄ｬﾋ彗bove and beyondﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ approach, this facility really restored my faith a bit.

Responsive, friendly, fair
The experience renting was very easy and although sometimes you have to leave a message on the answering machine, they are responsive and friendly. Easy payments online. Move out was a cinch! Always treated fairly and with respect. The place isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t fancy, but it was perfect for my needs

I reserved online he dropped paperwork off in unit I went looked at it then dropped paperwork and money in lockbox. It was very convenient no hassle I was in the unit next day. Price couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be beat by far. Thanks to the staff who helped me great job

Friendly and cheap
Zeke's a pretty chill guy and makes everything simple and easy to understand. My storage unit wasn't clean when I got there, as there were a fair number of leaves in it, as well as a lot of plaster that had fallen from the ceiling. The unit was also a bit difficult to find.

Wasted time, Had 2 pay for uhaul additional day
I reserved a storage unit online, with my roommates name associated as well so that she could do paperwork, pay for, and obtain the storage unit because I work an hour away and long hours.... They never answered the phone (tried calling multiple times) and never contacted us for the appointment... ended up having to make other arrangements at the last minute that weren't available until the next day.... this place totally screwed me... 2 thumbs down

Worst place I've never done business with
I attempted to book a unit through the site. All was well, the rates were good. I awaited contact per the instructions in the confirmation email. Nothing. I called several days in a row up to the moving day and after the supposed move-in date and left messages with no response. I called Sparefoot and they attempted to reach out to the company as well with no response. I never understand companies that don't respond to people who want to give them money. Oh well. At the very least Sparefoot was quick to help out finding another storage company that actually answers the phone :)

Quick, easy, and cheap.
I like this place a lot. All drive up units no stairs or elevators to deal with. Zeke met me at the facility and went over the paperwork with me in 5 minutes. It was very quick and easy and the price was unbeatable.

Best way to meet my storage needs without breaking the bank!
There is nothing over the top about this storage facility, but it doesn't have to be, it's storage. I was met on move in day and walked through the facility and my unit. He answered all my questions and made sure all my needs were met. I could contact him at any time if necessary and provided his cell# as there isn't an 'office' at the location. The gate opens and locks up automatically at a scheduled time. My only concern is the gate is open during business hours and anyone can go in and out. Overall, it meets my needs at this time.

Great customer sservice
Site manager is extremely helpful and timely (Johnny on the spot). This site is easily accessed, secure, clean, and functions well. If you want a brand new sparkling building for 30% more money for the same size unit, this place is not for you. Choose this place for convenience, best value, security, great manager, and clean unit.

Very convenient and a Value. But only for non-valuables
While the location and value of this facility are good, the facilities themselves are a bit to be desired. Rusty handles and doors and some units look like they could get overrun with water during a heavy rain. I would only store non-valuables here. While there is a camera "on duty," that seems to be the only thing to protect units from theives. The management is helpful and responsive.

Not happy.
An old, rough-looking industrial area - If I would have physically seen this facility beforehand, I would not have rented space here. Security is at a minimum and I certainly do not feel safe to work in my unit during the day, let alone in the evening - which is what I wanted to be able to do. No caretakers on-hand to help w/problems at the facility. Door handles are very rusty and tough to maneuver. The driveway is mud and stone w/some large holes. Do not like it at all.

The units themselves are in a convenient location, price is right and the staff is willing to go above and beyond to satisfy there clients. The only thing I wasn't to fond of is there is no one on site i.e. (office) and or security is not present. The main gate stays open and there are no cameras. On a scale from 1-5 I would rate it a 3.
