Friendly staff-extremely clean facility

The staff is very friendly and the facility is very clean. They provide a free truck, dolly, and lock for your unit. They also have a large selection of moving boxes and accessories. Top notch!

Use this storage facility! The managers always recognized us and treated like they cared about us. The whole facility looked clean and the rolling carts were great and free.

The Best!

I went to get a storage unit that was a last minute emergency. The staff was great and hooked me up with a free truck. The staff was VERY NICE and even hooked me up with the free truck the same day. This has got to be the CLEANEST and most FRIENDLY storage I have ever rented at. Thank you for your great customer service.

Awesome Facility and Staff!

I have stored for almost 3 years and have never had any problems. Very clean facility with the best customer service. Great feature that most places don't have is a restroom available after office hours. I'll never store anywhere else as long as I am in the Hampton Roads area. Check this place before you rent anywhere else.
