Good price but hidden fees
Good price. But a lot of hidden costs not disclosed in the reservation. Insurance for the unit, a lock that only they sell and my own lock will not.

Friendly and helpful
Josh was very friendly, helpful, and informative. Making a stressful transition much more bearable. Made sure I understood everything and pointed out a few storage matters I hadn't even considered so that I wouldn't run into any issues after moving my stuff in. Price was relatively affordable as well and would have no problem recommending this location to others.

I want to thank Lillian, Property Manager, for helping me move out of my unit. She was very understanding and thoughtful about how frustrating it is in moving out. She clearly portrays her main concern is the customer. Public Storage is lucky to have such a conscientious person willing to assist the customer in any situation. Brandy is the ABSOLUTE BEST when it comes to customer service and setting you with everything you need during your time of stay. She's never too busy to make sure you're a happy customer. We dropped our previous storage building from another location because she was more personable toward us and we spent a wonderful couple months in her facility. Suggestion from me would be not to use any other location except this one. Everything was just so pleasant. Thank you Brandy so very much!!! To us she's not just the professional office person, shes became a friend.

In the past I had a bad experience with your company in California. This time we were in an extreme rush to find someplace to store our home stuff and a facility that could accommodate an 18 wheeler. Your staff was so kind and helpful. They quickly found us a unit to fit our needs and quickly transacted all paperwork necessary.
