I had my movers lined up and we arrived on Friday and within 2 hours we were able to get items in the storage. It took a little getting used to with the elevator and the bluetooh but we got it done. I appreciate Tivon Berry prepping me the day before by walking me to the spot and explaining how it all worked. Will recommend to others for sure!

Loved being able to rnt unit online with no issues. Move in day I received a text wuth instructions on how to claim unit No rush to try to get over there during the hours the office was open ti sifn paperwork. Just drove up, found my unit, and started moving stuff in. Very easy and hassel free!

We moved two storage units from Plano to Public Storage thinking we would save money because they were offering a better price.After securing 2 large units I asked if we could secure a contract and they were reluctant. My monthly price 11/22/21 was $ 332.00 a month per unit and without any notification, 1/1/22 I received auto payment bill for $414.00 per unit. That is an increase of $82.00 a month per unit. Needless to say I was surprised at the increase. I just want to share with viewers that if you plan on renting for a long time make sure you have a contract , otherwise you will face my situation which I cannot afford right now and will be looking for an alternative option.

I now live in Austin, TX and am having friends/family members move my furniture into storage. This location is great! I was able to sign the lease online and receive all the additional information I needed via email and text such as the entry security codes, instructions, and directions to my unit. I was able to complete this without hassle over 200 miles away. Spare Foot helped me find this and reserve the unit at the fair price listed. Recommended!

Overall I'm pleased with my experience. However, it would be nice if the fact that every unit needs to be insured which adds an additional $15 to the total monthly cost of renting a unit. There was a lady getting a new unit at the same time that I was there and she had no idea. She was incredibly upset about it and began berating the employees there because the total wasn't what she had initially been told. There was nothing the employees could do to solve this as it's part of the company's requirement to rent a unit but if Public Storage was more upfront about that information, it would prevent similar situations in the future.

Very happy with my expierence so far

I have only just moved into my 10'x5' Public Storage Space, so I do not have long term experience. That said, The Public Storage team did a great job getting me setup and making sure I knew what I needed, and how to use the facilities. I originally came in to look at a 5'x5' and 5'x10', but the team had no problem walking me around to see the different options. Ultimately I chose the 10'x5' for the larger door entrance.

all went well until I tried to enter the building from the back entrance on Thursday, June 6, at 7:45. The elevator wouldn't work and no one answered or responded to my call or message. When I arrived the next day at approximately the same time, found the elevator repair man there. Was told I needed to use the front door. I didn't see any message noting to use the front elevator. being a new user, I wasn't aware that the front entrance was an option.

Fantastic! Staff recognized us when we came back in, were very knowledgeable and helpful. The units we got did have paint or something dripped all down the sides, but it didn't affect our desire to use the units. Absolutely love that there are bathrooms and that codes are specific to the areas your units are in. Location is great to. We do inventory 1-2 times a year and are in our unit for days, so bathrooms and vicinity to food are both major pluses for us.

The only thing I do not like is the fact that I have a unit and wanted to get a second on advertised price. Let me reserve and everything. Go to get set up. Boom sorry, we can not do that at the special price. So now I will rent fir 2 months with the 2nd on notice that I will be moving my items out. Thanks for not helping! Just wanted to start sorting my stuff out!

We had a great experience in getting our reservations for our unit. We like the cleanliness of the facility, the security, and the staff was knowledgeable about how everything worked. "Renter's insurance" is required, and if you can get it through your rental insurance or homeowner's insurance, it is a lot cheaper than Public Storage rate. But the rate for the unit was very reasonable, and I'm sure our stuff will be protected while stored there.

Renting a unit was easy and pleasant. On inspection of the unit, it contained dead pest (crickets). I asked if the unit could be cleaned out, Yesenia stated that she would clean it out when I came back the next day. I came back and another person was there. I told her about Yesenia helping me and stated she would sweep out my unit. The other agent stated that Yesenia left for the day but that she would call her to sweep out my unit. Yesenia came back and the other person was the one who swept my unit. I was glad that the unit was swept, but not to just take care of it was strange.

Great, new, clean facility.

With the current rates available, this new facility is definitely worth looking at. I was able to get a 10x15 unit for less than the 10x10 unit I almost reserved at another location. The staff is very friendly, and everything is clean. There are plenty of carts available, although I had to swipe one from the other side of the building a few times. I am very happy with my experience at this facility and would recommend it to anyone needing storage in the area.

Quicker than you can hit send!

Around 4pm, on a Saturday, I had just hit 'send' (or the rendition of) and went on to fill out more info to bypass doing it when I got there. However, like I said, just hit 'send' and my phone rang. It was Vickie from Public Storage. She wanted to make sure I knew, that if I wanted to 'check' in that day, I had to be there by 4:30. The experience just got better from there...Vickie walked me through the facility, made sure I knew how to get to the storage unit PLUS made sure I knew how to lock and unlock the unit. In 54 years of life, I have never had to rent a storage unit. Vickie was wonderful, even followed up a few days later. Now, Vicki didn't know my husband died just over a year ago or I chose to move off 8 acres with a 2000 sq ft barn that was used to save more than we should have. In a world where people need to give a sob story for better help (not always), Vicki knew none of this and simply treated me with respect. Thank you

Facility is clean; it's easy to access my storage space. I was able to get the online price, which is a plus. I'm hoping that the price doesn't go up too high for rental fees, however. Also, the first month free is really not free when you add the cost of the lock, insurance, and one time administrative fee. It actually ended up being higher for the first month than if I had just payed the monthly rate with those additional charges.
