The lady who did my contract was very helpful. Her name was Angela.
I was a little disappointed in the condition of the units. Can see light through all the corners and seams. Hopefully I won't have water damage.

Good Times
Moving isn't always a good time but having a friendly staff as Spencer Mini Storage has makes its a not so bad time. Units are average priced for size so nothing special on the price except half off 2 months rent which will help with other expenses. The place is close to where i live so that is a big plus and the rep that did our paperwork and showed us to our unit was super friendly and helpful.

The price was right, great location , very clean and the Manager was friendly.
The price for the unit I used was cheaper than most in town. I liked the manager and his approach, and the fact that he lived on site. Access to the unit was east and very clean. I would recomend this location to anyone.

Just moved in to store a boat
There was some "space" confusion due to recent asphalt work - some trailers not in their assigned spots after the work was completed. But the manager was able to get me into a space that works. They are quick and efficient with the paperwork and very friendly to customers.
