I unexpectedly had to move all of my items and I was able to reserve a unit for a great price and deal. I moved everything in the next day and got my keys. I would recommend

Elena was very helpful
Elena was very helpful, friendly and very good at customer service. The temperature in the building was much better than our previous location. Our only complaint was damage to the door for the climate controlled area where our storage unit is located which made it very hard to open the door and a hole in the cement which caused the dolly to roll unevenly.

I stored my stuff here for about 6 months and never had any problems. Manager Elena is not only caring but willing to help as well. This is a nice place if you are looking for Space to store your belongings.

Just like most reviews have said, Elena was wonderful!! I came in 10 minutes before close, wasn't having the best of days, and she was completely hospitable. I was through by 6:10 on a Friday. Would recommend!

Customer Service at its Best!!! This location is the best location to use for your public storage needs. Elena is so awesome!!! She was not the manager when I rented my storage space a year ago, but she was the absolute best!! She was extremely helpful, kind, ultra-professional, and even helped me move some of my very heavy items. Because of her, I will only use this public storage location for my needs in the future. I would recommend this location first and foremost to everyone I know. I hope the corporate office takes notice of the wonderful and amazing employee that she is. Keep up the good work Elena!!!

Would be a 5 star review, except for one thing....
Everything was great - follow-up and confirmation of appointment,customer service, attention to detail, information given, and attitude of staff. My other concern, and reason for the lack of the 5th star, when I went to view my 10'x8' climate controlled space the whole area was very warm - probably around 85 degrees. Now granted that is cooler than the 98 degrees outside, but not up the Public Storage standards that I'm used to in the past. The very nice employee showing me the space told me that she would check the temperature and see if there was an issue. Now, the people ahead had just come back from that climate controlled area, so I couldn't have been the first to notice it. I haven't moved in yet, so I'm hoping it will be cooler when I move my items in next week.

Great price for great size.
We were looking to get out of a storage unit at another company and found PS to be the best in price and size. Compared with other storage facilities in the area they were the cheapest. We have recommended some people to sign up with them. Just wish they had a referral program.
