deceptive pricing practices
The facility is excellent. The staff is excellent and very helpful. My problem is with deceptive pricing practices. I moved in end of April with a decent rate. less than 6 months after I moved in my rate was raised 32%. I can understand a few dollars, but 32% is extreme. They have you over a barrel as you have moved all your stuff in, and now you have to pay the large price hike or move it all. Fortunately, I will have a moving truck in a month so I will be moving somewhere else.

Natalie and staff went above and beyond for me. I had a horrible experience with the movers I had hired and Natalie was so kind and understanding and accomodating. I have used this Public Storage location once before in the past and had a good experience. This time an excellent experience because of the compassion and care Natalie extended to me not to mention the excellent service regarding my storage needs.

Dollar promotion
I was not told before hand the unit I wanted was not included in the dollar promotion so with insurance, lock and first month totaled $97.00. BIG difference from what I wanted to pay. I was a little upset about spending so much and felt obligated to do so since the paperwork was complete and three customers patiently waited for me to complete the transaction.
