Just what I needed and Just what I didn’t expected
I genuinely appreciate the unit because I’m currently under time constraints, and managing these constraints comes with a myriad of stresses that one could ever imagine. I understand that life doesn’t halt due to problems; we must persevere regardless of the circumstances. You’ve played a pivotal role in helping me overcome one of my most significant challenges: finding a storage unit conveniently located near my new address by April 30, 2026. Your assistance was exactly what I needed, and I was on the verge of giving up when I found you. Without your help, all my belongings would have been left outside. Thankfully, it wasn’t that way, and I was spared from incurring additional hidden fees and expedited processing charges. I can’t even begin to imagine the financial burden my belongings would have faced without your support.
I also want to express my gratitude for your prompt assistance and the step-by-step messages you provided. It was like following a simple guide, and within the same day, I had my storage unit and was ready to move in. The entire process was conducted from the comfort of my home and over the phone.
Now, I’d like to address a few additional concerns related to the storage unit. Firstly, I’m curious to know if there are dollies available for tenants to use. Secondly, I’m interested in knowing if there’s a restroom accessible within the unit.

Wendy, the manager
The manager, Wendy, always makes me feel as if I am the most important client. She makes sure all of my needs are taken care of, regardless of how high maintenance they might seem. She is a pleasure to work with and always answers any of my concerns with positive responses. I am a confident renter and will continue to use Public Storage for as long as I need. Anthony is so so so super awesome. He he will go above and beyond for you. I have been on an emotional roller coaster, because of this impromptu move. He held my hand and was so kind and positive and reassuring. Even, when having to tell me that the dollar move in could not be transferred to a different unit, he handled it well. I feel like that speaks volumes as to he kind of human being he is. I watched him get yelled at by my friend for saying no and he handled it like a trooper. He would give Job a run for his money.
