Extremely accommodating.

Lynn was more than just helpful. I cannot thank her enough. As I waited in line with a customer before me the customer started cursing her out and the facility and she maintained professionalism beyond what a workplace code of ethics would require. She is an amazing employee.

No frills but good storage facility

Was as presented online. Went w outside unit even though I wanted a climate controlled one. The difference wasn't worth the money to me. Amanda was great and very helpful and patient while I deliberated.

Fantastic customer service - we were blown away compared to other options.

My roommate and I looked for a storage unit to use over the summer and we looked at a lot of options. The customer service was not that great and we were starting to lose hope of finding a good place. However, from the moment we stepped foot into this location we were greeted with smiles and people who were genuinely interested in helping us. The ladies made everything easy and were extremely helpful.
