Unit Reservation was totally screwed up

When we arrived to store our items we found that the Units I136 and I137 were both being used. So after 3 phone calls we finally got a person on the phone who understood the situation. We had to walk around and check on 3 possible units that were available, of which 2 of them were. Then we were charged 23.00 and 0.80 for both new units to do the transfer. (Great how you have a truck to unload and have no other choice than to pay in order to get a unit). So no I never recommend this to anyone. Another note, you might save money by having no one on the site, but you will loose business. I would rate this rental process you have as a total disaster. I will rent these units for the shortest amount of time I can and leave. There are a lot more bad experiences I could add about this process, but doubt the management would make any changes..
