Hillary gets 5 stars, she was great on the phone!

However the facility it self gets 1 star. The lack of personal at the facility was, time consuming and a very inconvenient! Poor Hillary kept having to put me in a new unit to try to find the appropriate size unit I needed, it took us an hour and a half to go through the different size units. If someone had been at the facility they could have opened a few doors and it would have been done in about 15 minutes! This shows me your company doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t care about your consumers but more about the money! There was no on site customer service! And that screen people are not helpful. How can they help? they could and probably are not even in my state, let alone in the facility were they can help and have onsite actual knowledge. 0 stars!

Worst storage facility I've ever dealt with!

When filling out the reservation form I declined insurance because I already have it. It said to show proof of insurance at check-in. I went during business hours and there was an open sign on the door but it was locked. A note said to call, but no one answered the phone. I was told today I'm being charged $33 for insurance and that I should have emailed it since the door was locked. Nowhere does it say to email proof of insurance. Even though I can show proof that I had insurance before I moved in, they refuse to waive the fee. Not MY fault they can't be reached during business hours. None of the emails I received showed the gate code, just the lock code and unit number, so I had to jump through major hoops with their call center to get it while I was paying my movers to wait. They also sent me an email on the day I was scheduled to move in that I owed $75 because 48 hours had elapsed since my move-in date and I failed to turn in the lock. They grudgingly admitted they made a mistake with the date. Very rude and unprofessional. Take my word for it...go elsewhere.

Too difficult to get ahold of office

I got an email with my lock code and storage unit number. There was no gate code in any of the confirmation emails I got. When I arrived at the facility the sign said open but the door was locked. Followed the instructions and called the number it said. There was no answer. After waiting, I talked to someone at a call center who made me give them everything I had already given and had to repeat several times because they didn't understand me. I finally got the gate code but they neglected to tell me you had to enter some other digits besides the number so I had to call back. All this is happening when I'm paying 2 people by the hour to wait. Also, I received an email on my confirmed move-in date that I was being charged for removing the lock and putting on another one since I left the unit unsecured and my 48 hour deadline had passed. It turns out they made a mistake by going by the date I signed my lease and paid online. It was very clean but I deducted because the restrooms were locked and the water fountains didn't work. All in all, comparing it to the storage facility I moved from, I'm disappointed so far.

Takes Advantage of Customers

The online website that you pay on was down, and I was out of town with no cell phone coverage so was unable to call in and pay, and was charged a late fee. When I got back in town I called in asking to have them waive the late fee so I could pay, and they said the manager had to approve, and they would have to check with her. I probably called 7-8 times and visited in person, but the manager never called back and they just kept adding fees. I suspect this is part of their business model. Everyone I actually spoke with was nice, but insisted they weren't allowed to do anything without management approval, and indicated they were leaving emails/written messages for the manager, but told me she just didn't call people back. Very disappointed and wouldn't ever use them again.

They worked to help me find the best unit and the best price for what I needed. They didn't just answer my questions, they went above and beyond and offered information and were willing to walk to a number of units with me. Rough start

Spots are a little smaller than advertised. Midgard on Atlas Rd had ample space for parking. Needed to get to my truck the first Monday after renting and a Uhaul truck was blocking the gate. Called to see if it could be moved. There was no reply back from the customer service line.

Manager lies to get more money from customers

I went to the office and told them my bill was incorrect for the first month and the manager looked me right in my face and said the bill was correct and I would not get a $15 move on fee because I moved in Nov. as if we didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have a conversation the week prior when I was moving in when she told me how much I would be paying. I called corporate and they support lies so I will be moving my stuff after these 30 days are over. I have also reported them to JAG to make sure no other Soldier gets scammed by this company.

This was my first time renting storage units and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and knowledgeable, everything was thoroughly explained and the process was made very easy. The facility is spotless and I felt very safe securing my belongings there. The staff is also exceedingly understanding; on move-in day I borrowed a dolly and it was accidentally locked inside my unit! The lady I checked in with gave me a call about the missing dolly the following Monday and they let me return it to the office on my lunch break the next day--without even charging me for the mistake! I highly recommend this facility.
