Great Service

My husband and I were at the facility after hours Unloading our truck. Went to my unit...left it open to go get more stuff from the truck as the door closed I realized I had sat my keys down in the unit🤦🏾‍♀️. Now we were locked out of the unit and the car. The office was closed. I used to online chat got intouch with Kevin from the Frankford location who got in Devin who was driving home...In less than 10 minutes he called me and had accessed my account and gave me my entrance code....AMAZING!!

Good spot

The facility is very clean. Also, the way the facility is set up makes moving things in and out a lot more easy. I just moved a few things into my unit yesterday, but so far so good! 5 stars all across the board!

Neat facility, convenient, and very professional staff

Unfortunately, some storage facilities have mice. This one had a few signs this past winter. But in fairness, the city was overwhelmed with mice this past winter.

Storage fee increases should be reasonable.

The facility is maintained well and is a convenient location for me. The video surveillance system gives you a sense of safety. Not all of the staff at the facility is welcoming. Don't like that the carts are generally chained and customers must leave a driver's license with the staff in order to use them. When the office is closed, you don't have access to the carts. A 35% increase in my storage fee after one year seems quite excessive.

Expensive Storage Facility

The facility is clean and the staff is helpful. However, the company raises the monthly rent buy the highest percentage allowed in the contract every single year!! Ridiculous!!!

I had booked a storage space. And when I went in to check it out, they realized that it was a small one with a vent. And immediately, they gave me another one and I was surprised. I could fit it everything that needed to go in there.
