Did everything online very quick and easy.
The online process was very quick and easy. I was able to setup auto-pay, add an authorized user, and receive my unit number and entrance code from an email immediately after completing registration. I was able to enter the property easily and found my unit clean and ready to load.

Time
I don't like the new time schedule. .I'm only off on weekends it took me 2 days to do a one day trip...I think it should have longer hours on the weekend. .like 7am-7pm....but over all this is my 4th time renting from here so that should speak for itself.

great storage, nice location, and quite.
I was looking storage where I can put my stuff inside it, unfortunately I have a lot of it and I can't put more inside it. I want to rent 1 more storage that more smaller than I have, they said no, because only 1 household member can rent it. I am a little bit upset, so I am looking at another place n I get it. Only different $5 but more closer with my address. Anyway everything that they give service to customer like me is great. I get what I want.

No fuss!
Public Storage service has been nothing short of awesome since my first contact with them. The website was amazing and gave me a great idea of how much space I would need. When I had questions I called and got to talk to a REAL person who was super friendly. I got a follow up call of what to expect when I got to my appointment to move in things went smoothly. There was just one issue because the room that I was originally listed for had a lock on it, but that was all sorted out relatively quickly because another vacant space was located. Then add to the fact that if you don't stay for a full month that you can prorate the rental price is great because I anticipated I may be over a few days. I'm glad I decided to use Public Storage instead of some no name place that was actually farther in distance that PS. Really satisfied customer.
