Clean & Friendly
My first time renting a storage space. Easier than I expected, reserved online and went in to finish paperwork and didn't take long. This place was very clean, security cameras everywhere and 24/7 access. Would recommend.

Great facility
Everybody is so nice. Not only can use the truck but you don't need to fill it with gas. Free cold water when you get done with your move. What more could you ask for?

Easy access whenever you need it
This is my first experience with a storage facility. My housing situation is up in the air right now and I had no issues speaking with someone at the facility to extend my unit for a few more weeks. I really appreciate that this facility has a moving truck for their clients to use - it was a big factor in my decision to rent a unit here. I greatly enjoy the ease of access and being able to get to my things 24/7.

Great price for the space you get!

Most customer minded storage facility I've ever dealt with!
We have our life's belongings stored with StorageXpress and have been had ups and downs being 3,500 miles away, but they have made EVERY effort on all occasions to help with questions, cross border issues and anything we need!
They have truly gone above and beyond and their staff are consistently courteous, helpful and available! A big Thank You to them all!

Have been storing in Murrysville for a couple of years now real excited about the
new storage area that is under construction will be upgrading as soon as it is ready
to occupy. The manager at this location is super and always has a answer to my

Conscientious and Caring
Theresa was exceptionally friendly, courteous and efficient. From the online inquiry to the paperwork to the move-in, everything went very smoothly. They have a truck for use by their new clients to move-in that is completely free; no rental, no mileage and it includes an appliance dolly, pads and straps. This business actually knows what "Customer Service" means and practices it on a daily basis! As long as I am in this area, I will happily use them again and recommend them to friends when storage is required.
