Super clean. Great people
The facility was so clean. There was a dehumidifier and a robot vacuum station in the hall where my unit is. I liked that, think it shows care and responsibility for the building. Dan and his staff were extremely friendly and helpful. He walked me through the whole process and then checked in with me later in the day to make sure that I did not have any questions or concerns.

Dan was really helpful in seeing the luggage space and checking out before booking it.
They should advertise in Penn State Behrend campus for other students also to know it .

Very Friendly
Was able to call and get an appointment within 15 minutes. Once I arrived I was pleasantly surprised, I just assumed being on the east side of Erie it wouldn't be the best but I was very wrong. This place is the best! Not only is it locally owned and operated but all these other reviews about it being a nice and clean facility are very true! The guy who helped me was very nice too.

One of the only storage unit facilities inside the city
The units are indoors, so no rain. I'm not sure if the air is heated or dehumidified. They are still building more units. They are waiting for the city to approve their elevator, so for now people with units on the second floor have to carry boxes up the stairs.

Very nice facility. Clean and fast.
He met me on my time. Even though I was 30 minutes late for our appointment. He seems very honest and caring so far. (I only had this storage for 2 days) So far everything is wonderful! Very clean and I don't think I will have any worries with my choice.
