Excellent Value and Customer service
Moving is a stressful event and the customer service at Valley Storage is amazing. We were looking for a large storage unit that was temperature controlled for all of our belongings from our house while building our new house. The best price in the area! Easy access from 15 and great hours. Would recommend this storage facility to anyone!

Was having a bad experience with another storage so went lookin for a new one the people at valley storage indillsburg are awesome very friendly clean and im so happy i dont hav to get out my car to open gate i just drive up bo more getting in and out the car 10 before i get to my unit i love you guy keep on being great

Best storage rental experience I've had
I chose Valley Storage for the great price, but I also received exceptional customer service and an all around positive rental experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting when I arrived. Barbara was very pleasant to work with and the process was quick. I left with a sense of comfort knowing my belongings were safe and cared for. I would definitely recommend this facility to a friend.
