I have never seen a storage facility that is so clean. Also, the staff was beyond helpful and got me the unit I really wanted. I did a lot of research of different facilities, and this one was a great price and location.

Reasonably priced very good quality storage location
We needed climate-managed space for our belongings as we were putting our house on the market. This place was conveniently located, reasonably priced, with excellent customer service. The only drawback is the few carts that are available are all being used during busy times (which wasn't that often), making it necessary to either wait for a cart to become available, or in some case we just hand carried what we moved that day.

local stuff is good but Corporate needs improvement
Overall I've had a good experience. However I was told by management that corporate was complaining that I was there to much. The only time I go there is after work because I sell stuff online and on ebay for additional income. I have 2 units so finding the product can be tiresome and tends to take a few hours and if I find I have extra time before closing, I like to spend it taking pictures and posting more items online. I pay for a storage for a reason and I've read my entire contract and it doesn't say anything about only being able to go there a certain amount of days in the month. So that part I don't agree with.
I do however appreciate that security comes and locks the place up at night.

This place is great they have storages available at reasonable prices they have great hours to be able to access your unit they are set up very nice for easy access to load and unload your things and they are a very secured building with 24hr monitoring wish I would have moved my things here a lot sooner

Got started moving in. We had a snowstorm that hindered us. More work!
When I arrived at the facility I was helped by Amy. Very courteous and professional and got everything squared away for me. Unfortunately the gentleman whom I spoke to on the phone earlier was not very helpful. I didn't get his name.

Geat clean and prices
Very clean and also has lights inside the unit which out of all the storage units I have ever rented never have had lights inside of the storage unit on the outside yes but not on the inside so that's an awesome feature as well as it being easy accessible

Very easy and convenient to sign up
Liked how easy it was to reserve a unit - no payment/card and free to cancel - and the sign-up process on move-in was easy to understand and convenient. My only minor issue was the height of the unit was not listed anywhere online, SelfStorage.com's customer service said it was standard 8' height but it turned out to be slightly lower. Not a big deal, everything I had still fit, but it's something that would be good to have listed. Customer service was perfect.

Fast and efficient!!!
They were right there to help me. Made an appointment for me first the same day to get into my unit. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve rented units before where as soon as they open the door for you theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re dirty inside and you have to sweep before you put your stuffing in the floor was very clean and the unit they gave me.
