Great service

Needed a storage unit the same day and went online and found a 10x10 at a very god price. Paid online and received code to get in gate and into our unit. Cart was available for our use and everything went smoothly. After dropping off my 1st load I stopped by office and was greeted and helped with in detail with answers from a few questions I had. She really put my mind at ease and I would recommend this location as a place to go to for your storage needs.

Public storage review, great service.

I checked with four other rental sites prior to renting with Public Storage. While the other sites were nice they were more expensive and not as close to me. In addition, one site said check our heated units, and when I talked to the fill in manager, he did not if they even had any at this location. The public storage agent I rented with was nice, and concerned with showing me the unit I rented, She even called me after I had put some items in storage and said I had not locked my unit, how many managers check the locks. I was very happy she called me.

The location is great and the lady who manages there was very nice and professional. The facility was clean and we'll kept. I only have two problems; 1) there are no lights in the unit making it difficult to see. 2) I can only access my unit from 9:30 to 6.

It was simple and quick to make a reservation for a storage unit on line. Everything was set up when I arrived. Saw the unit, paid the storage rate ( which was greatly reduced for the first month), purchased my lock for the unit and was done! The lady I talked to was sweet, helpful, and friendly. I got a call confirming my online reservation w/i 10 min. Of my request. Desk service was great, nice guy. only downside was one of the outer door locks to our unit was broken and apparently had been for several months due to a winter storm, but he gave us the code for when/if it gets repaired.?

Came in this morning to do a unit transfer, talking a couple days prior to Selina. Well today Selina was early and prompt to our scheduled time. She made the paper work painless and easy, as well as showing me the unit before signing. I informed her that I was needing to store my mattress from My guest bedroom, She suggesting a mattress protector to help keep it clean and protected. Public Storage Review

My husband and I are moving to a house that does not have a garage. Until we buy a shed for the "garage stuff" we needed to rent a storage unit. My husband went on-line and found a storage unit to rent at Public Storage on Powell for a great price. The manager (please forgive me, I can't remember her name) was very knowledgeable and friendly. We filled out the paperwork, bought some awesome boxes (I usually use boxes from behind the grocery store) and she walked us over to our unit. Everything, from the outside of the storage, to the inside was very clean and tidy. We felt well taken care of and I would definitely recommend Public Storage to any one needing to rent from a storage facility.

It would be better if you guys had a bigger parking space. It would be easier to maneuver with a big truck.

Like an example if somebody is moving to a different state far away and they're using a big semi-truck 53-foot trailer. It's impossible to load everything up from the storage place. They would have to get a U-Haul again and load and unload 2 times in one day.

Ive only had my unit for lit over a month but the time ive been here i have had no problems what so ever. The staff in this location have gone well beyond their duties to make sure i have no problems. They even say hello an goodbye when they see me coming or going or both. Im truely impressed by the customer service ive recieved. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a storage unit. Keep up the great work.
