Wonderful experience
Deanna, the property manager at the Public Storage I went to in Broken Arrow, made renting a unit quick, easy, and painless for me. She was friendly, courteous, and helpful. And when we had an issue with the gate code, she got it corrected right away. I couldn't be happier with the experience.

Facility is very clean and has good access
Facility is very clean and has good access. Easy to use and very self-service oriented. Open hours of the storage units are good and fit my schedule. The only priblem I experienced was being told something when I initially viewed the property, and then being told something different that wasn't as favorable when I signed the contract. I didn't appreciate that, but went ahead because I was ready to move my things in.

Came came in with my brother because we both have storage units side by side. The manager came in to check to see that one of the units was not being broken into. Now that is a secure feeing. Kudos to the property manager!!

I am renting from public storage unit in Broken Arrow. Good price and it took 15 minutes to get my unit. The woman who is working every time I show up(sorry don't remember her name) is always helpful and quick.
