So easy to book, move into and clean!

Things are just OK... its clean yes-- but there is no customer service and I had a hard time checking but finally figured it out. The units are decent. Its a little creepy i dont see any cameras or security.

Took the truck and opened to the apt. Had nasty trash and large flat boxes . Truck was not safe . No instructions to use the ramp given . New code access after office closed did not work . Could not call local office to leave msg . 800 customer service was not helpful and very unpleasant.

When I arrived their computer system was down so it took some time to get registered. The lady that helped me Cassandra was amazing. She did everything she could to get me a unit. She showed me the different sizes and prices and was just extremely helpful.

Wow, I'm a first time storage facility user and boy was I amazed at the cleanliness and the very helpful personnel. I got friends who use other companies, and from what I saw of them I can only say 'they leave a lot to be desired'. I've told these friends that they should move into CUBE.

Continuous Price Increases
Initial price is competitive - and with coupon/discount - the lowest for value in area. BUT, within 6 months, rates are increased (eliminating discount). I've had a storage unit for 18 months and have had 2 price increases. I will not recommend.
