Good facility
The gentleman that started helping me did not seem very friendly and answered questions in a matter of fact demeanor with short answers. Seemed like he did not want talk on the phone. The female that set me up after submitting my info was very friendly and helpful, offering information.

Access issues
Website offers the option to reserve online. It took my credit card info, then ghosted me. On Monday, I got a call and was able to set it up over the phone. The customer service guy was not able to send a link for the app to my phone. Once I got the app on the app store, I was able to set it up, but not link my wife's phone. Once we arrived, we were able to get in the gate, and into the storage facility (indoor). The unit that was promised had a lock on it. Since it was 7:30pm, the answering service had to reach out to management. Two phone calls, and nearly a half hour later, I was given permission to take a neighboring unit. It sounds like they need to work the bugs out of the automated system. It would be a good idea to have someone that help available until they figure these issues out. The units appeared clean and well kept. The price is lower than other nearby facilities.

Very Difficult to enter facility!
It was very very hard to enter. Especially since there is no key pad to get in! I would put a pad in the kiosk so older people can easily enter without having to download an App and have Bluetooth to open! I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Good but had difficulty getting into the property.
I like the space and the price. However I had issues getting into the facility. A person leaving was my savior. Maybe I was doing something wrong but it was frustrating. I will have to call to get that squared away. Otherwise a good experience.
