Live team in the office

Friendly live staff on site to assist, very helpful and accommodating. There's a restroom on site but you need to get a key from the office and I think this should be open and available to customers during open hours of operation to avoid any accidents. Others amazing and feels safe and secure on site with generous access hours.

Hassle free move-in

I saved time completing my contract and making the first payment online. When I arrived to the facility, I was greeted promptly. I identified myself and was personally walked to my unit. This was a great touch. I've had precious units with competitors where they would give you a map, and you just had to figure it out. I was shown different access points and even given tips on how to make sure my unit was properly locked. This was a great experience.
