Easy and convenient once figured out

The office was closed so i called customer service, she was very helpful and guided me through the whole virtual process. Was confused sometimes but was easy when you pay attention to what she was saying.

Customer service office was closed on Monday when I moved in and I had a lot of difficulty accessing the facility.
