Pricing and customer service is great but cleanliness is an issue.
Price and customer service was above and beyond however the cleanliness of the place is unsatisfactory. I was not even able to wash my hands because the bathroom was so filthy and to be honest I only saw one worker and it is impossible for him to do it all. There was a janitor's closet but not janitor in sight. I came from a storage facility where it was immaculate in terms of cleanliness but the price was ridiculous.

Additional parking needed
Carts should be longer to accommodate items to move to units. Addition parking needed especially when commercial vehicles take up most of spaces.

Perfect fit for our needs

Great teamwork
The young lady that sign me up the day I arrived was fantastic. Extremely patient and thorough. Jazmine was my initial contact she was also extremely helpful unfortunately I could not return back to Jasmine in a timely manner. Exceptional Service
If you're looking for storage in the NYC area, this gem of a place is the one to choose.
The manager Jeannette gets an A for customer service. She treated me so well from the first phone call on. I was looking for storage for my brother who is an artist in NYC. We feel so blessed that out of all the places I called and visited that we ended up here.
