Terrible first experience
Code didn't work. Calls and Knocks for help from the external door go unanswered. Took 15 minutes to get a working code and it isn't synced with my app now. The elevator calling from the access box is a nightmare.

It is such a nice feeling when you walk into this public storage facility when you are greeted with smiles, courtesy and professionalism putting me in a comfort zone. They work quick, efficient and with 10 minutes all paperwork was completed and I had my storage room available . The first month for a $1 was an incredible deal and I found the rooms and every corner of the facility clean even though they are located on a busy street. Kudos to Shivonne and the trainee Adilissa for making my move into storage easy. The manager of the place was also very accommodating and funny. Highly recommended!!

Let me start by saying phonamenal customer service by far! Wish I could of gave more stars, Shivonne and Chillie were very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me select a size and even showed me how to pack my items in the unit. Being in New York you really don't see customer service like this anymore. Thank you ladies at van dam best choice I made by far for storage.facility clean, spacious a bit older looking building

Moya was really amazing! i came in to buy boxes and she helped us get the right amount of boxes that i needed. this girl is really funny and friendly. Turned something I was dreading into the highlight of my day. If i need a storage unit in the future, i will definitely be coming here

I've been shopping around for a little while trying to find a storage facility to put my personal items that are very dear to me and decided to make a reservation here because of the great prices. I get to this place and there was a girl there named Moya who helped me. She asked me all of these questions about what I was storing and she let me know that what I reserved was going to be to big for what I was storing and suggested I get something smaller. She showed me the room she suggested and then showed me the room I reserved and she was absolutely right! Not only did she get me the room that was the perfect size she also saved me money! I am very happy to be storing here.

I want to first start with Sean who always followed up with me when I had to keep changing my move in days. He was so patient and accommodating and kind. Then Marcus called the day before I was to come in the confirm my reservation again. I was a bit anxious about being sure that I would get the exact space I requested, he re-assured me all was well. Finally, when I got there Jonathan (aka...Johnny) was the manager on duty and was the cherry on top and processed everything with no hitches, no problems and always with a smile and courteous. I got everything they promised online and all I expected. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!! YOU ROCK!!!! Wish every place I went to and expected, had excellent customer service like you. Will recommend your facility to everyone.

Nice spacea
Devon was a good help. He understood my needs and worked with me on my storage requirements. Closing times were very difficult to work with since the store and the move in deadline closed at 5pm, which is impossible because moves are hectic and chaotic in nature, so a 5pm cutoff is unrealistic. I would hope Public Storage revises their office hours for future and current renters.

I got a good sized space for a decent price, but am very happy with the location and the staff. The woman who helped me sign the contract the first day was very helpful and nice. After a billing issue, another staffer was equally helpful.
