Quick & Easy Move-in, Kind Service!

I had a very smooth move-in, made possible by the friendly, responsive, and hard working staff. Couldn't have been easier! The Unit was clean and exactly as advertised. Very pleased with my experience.

Review of my Storage Sense check-in

I probably would recommend this facility to a friend based on the pricing and the cleanliness of the unit. However, checking in and signing the lease was a chore. I think the person helping me was new, perhaps, I'm not sure, and I was in a rush (as I politely mentioned several times) and he just didn't know how to do certain things and had to call the manager (I think she's the manager - Terri - who was wonderful in setting this up for me over the phone ahead of time), and he just couldn't seem to "get it" but he also didn't seem to get that his inability to do his job in a timely manner was holding me up and didn't offer an apology, etc. He wanted to chat which I clearly didn't have time for and just seemed to have problems with the basic system used to facilitate the move-in. A very nice man but just seemed like he wasn't very computer literate which was strange considering everything was electronic, but what should have taken probably 10 minutes took a half hour. And then I had to remind him that I needed to sign a lease. I signed the auto-pay document and he told me I was all set. But I heard Terri tell him on the phone that I needed to sign the lease at least a few times. It just didn't leave me with a lot of confidence. However, Terri is great and I have no doubt that had she been there I would have been in and out in a jiffy. Otherwise, I was very impressed at how clean the unit was and that it had wood on the floor.
