I have Never had a,single issue with staff or the facility! Staff is Always very helpful and will go out of their way to give you the best experience. Great job!

Overall a good storage place

2 suggestions: 1) the storing of vehicles, trailers, boats etc should be spread out better especially around the corners of the facility. This is very inconvenient when 2 tenants are trying to access their units because one of the tenants' moving truck blocks the corner in order for the other one to exit the property. 2) Maybe more carts or hand trucks to utilize while on property.

Outstanding self storage facility!

Towne Storage has been great all around. They were more than happy to walk me around and show me the property. They gave me a room that was an excellent value - second floor but right next to the elevator! I would highly recommend them!

Ease of move in

I was handed a lot of paperwork to fill out and with it being 105 degrees out last Saturday afternoon thought, UGH. But it really went very quickly and I was in and out of the office in less than 10 min. Am definitely considering moving my 10 x 10 here, only hesitation is the current heat wave we are having.
