the workers (Colleen and Larry) are the best people u could want to work with...the area we are using is in a great spot and can be seen from the road so we can ride by and check it out-

Larry provided outstanding customer service with my whole experience doing business with this storage facility! Provided fast & friendly service....provided me with all the details for my rental and answered any questions that I had. Very helpful with showing me the unit location and easiest & secure way of using the lock that I purchased. The unit & facility are extremely clean and well maintained!!! I highly recommend this storage facility!!! :)

Love the fact that I have 24 hour access. But the lighting is so bad at night could hardly see inside unit. Outside was dimly light as well.

Very convenient to LBI and very reasonably priced
The reservation process was simple. The site is quite secure. Storage unit was clean and spacious. Very convenient for kayaks paddle boards bikes and all other sorts of items that need to be stored but don't require climate control.

Great!! The storm was awful but Sam was great!!
Without Sam going above and beyond I would have been lost. I reserved my unit and within minutes she called me to let me know the one I wanted was no longer available since their internet was down and the inventory was wrong. She did such a wonderful job. During all this she even gave a friend of mine her cell number so if it was after hours or on sunday she could be there for them since the storm took so much from everyone.

I know the facility is old but the outside could use some updating. The units are very clean and the pricing is way better than I could ask for. Other places in the area are not as accomodating. The manager was wonderful and a great people person.

I ordered service online and the day i went there to get my unit, no one was at the office. I called but no one answered. I then called the 800 number and they tried to accommodate me but was given a higher price. I then received a call back from them and they told me the person in the office hadn't told them they were gone for lunch. I was able to get the original unit and all was well. I like the place but had some minor glitches. I still would recommend it as they do they're best to make the customer happy.
