Great time saver with fast service
I needed a short-term place for my property while transitioning into the RV lifestyle. The service was prompt, and the unit was very clean, which I truly appreciated. Although the exterior gave me pause at first, everything inside met my needs perfectly for a short stay. My only suggestion would be to provide clearer directions, since GPS stops just before the turn—the location is actually behind the apartments. Overall, it was a convenient and helpful solution during my transition.

Could be better
Wow this is an outdoor storage facility, after the snowmelt there was a 3 to 4 inch puddle measuring about five or 6 feet in diameter in front of my unit.
I think we could do a better job of either excavating the area or paving parts of it. The road is not paved in route at the facility and around the facility so any rain or snow melt or any type of moisture creates a muddy situation. I was unable to get some of the larger stuff into my storage because of this large puddle

The online application was simple did it on the ride to the facility and moved in to a reserved unit and put a lock on ..that simple
