The older we are the more challenging we are! Amazing customer service!
This was so easy and when I had an issue with the lock, that I didn't install, lol. I was able to speak to the same person, both when I called for help and when she called me back and then called me the next day to make sure I was good.
That's how I taught Customer Service as well. 16 years of training! Great Job!!

I had an issue with the lock. I didn’t realize my stuff was not secure. They made sure I understood and helped me through the process. The lady who called me 3 times, was amazing. She called to check on me the next day to make sure everything was ok! I would recommend your company anytime! As I already did!

Efficient communication and good pricing deals
As a university student, I “move” once a year and finding an affordable storage unit can be difficult, but this option offered great pricing and a deal that other places couldn’t beat. Also, when I did have questions, their customer service reps responded extremely quickly with full and thorough answers.

Great location. Super storage space

In A Pinch!
Relocated from Ohio. Needed storage space immediately on a weekend. Reserved online. Had minor issue accessing unit. Resolved expeditiously by customer service. Contacted by property management first thing that following Monday to follow-up and welcome as a customer. No issues thus far.

Can’t get in to my unit
No one will let you know your code to get in the gate. I am not late with payments and no one will answer the phone to let me know anything so I have a uhaul full of stuff I guess I should have just rented the haul not the unit
