Good experience so far.
We were very lucky, only one or two different size units left available. Less expensive than other nearby options. Only negative is we can't drive through... No way to turn around a trailer, so backing in is the only option.

I have been very happy with everything from the person who took my reservation to Mike at the facility, Mike made the move simple and easy and because the movers were delayed and the sun set, Mike came to check on me several times while I was with two male movers in the dark. I really appreciate him going out of his way to do that.

Excellent customer service in a critical time frame
My mother had just unexpectedly passed away and my sister and i had the responsibility to clear out her rental home. Since no one in the family had the wherewithall or desire to go through personal things at such an unexpected and painful time, we decided to put everything into storage and return to the task later in the year, after we had time to heal some. Stanhope Mini Storage was the closest place available. I called and spoke to the owner and he said he had a unit the size we needed available the next day. He called the next day to say it had not become available as he had thought it would and gave me names of a couple of other places. A couple hours later, he called again and said he did have another one, same size, to come available. Of course we accepted. He gave me a temp gate password and told me i could go ahead and begin using it in the afternoon of the next day. We met, signed paperwork and I'm now the proud leasee of a perfectly priced, clean and secure storage unit. I appreciate how he seemed to go out of his way to help us in this miserable time in our lives. He sure made our day when he called back that second time!!

Cheap and safe
Was looking for the cheapest units available and this was the best deal for the space we needed. Has an electronic gate and a fence that surrounds the units. It's bring your own lock, as well. The units are relatively nice. The only downside is they smell a bit like mildew.
