No I would not recommend this particular facility
Storage unit is nasty with black mold which I will show to staff. Unit had something spilled on the floor.
Definitely will not use an old facility like this anymore and pay Premium Fees and Price for it.

Convenient
I initially reserved a unit online. I got a call back real quick afterwards to confirm & do all the paperwork via email. I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even have to go inside to get my unit number & lock. It was super convenient I loved the experience.

Surprise Charges
So the property manager Julie is super nice but I was surprised by how many additional charges their are. You have to buy this 20 dollar lock you have to have 15 dollar a month storage unit insurance and this Admin fee so setup jumps from 25 dollars to over 60 dollars and you have an additional 15 dollars tacked on to your monthly rent.

Simple online reservations and great service
Making reservations online was simple and quick. The "Will it fit" tools helped me get an idea of the unit sizes. At the facility, Jasmine had great customer service skills and was very knowledgeable about the size of space I needed. We purchased the lock from PS and my husband is very pleased.

Jasmine was very knowledgeable and polite. I made an online reservation for a few different sized units because I wasn't sure which one I wanted. Jasmine asked a few questions and helped me narrow down my decision to two units and I'm very pleased. In addition to the rental unit, I opted to purchase the Public Storage secure lock with keys for extra protection and insurance.
