It's like storing your stuff at a friend's place
We had been looking for a storage facility for 2 days. We had just about given up on finding the right place until we walked in here. We were immediately greeted and our minds were at ease the moment we spoke to the wonderful ladies at the desk. They took the best qualities of every place we visited and wrapped it into one. We found the perfect place to store our things without having to worry about leaving it there. Thank you for everything. I would recommend this place to anyone. In fact we already have

Quick leasing process
Everyone is so helpful here! We filled out the lease online and we were in and out of our temp controlled unit in 10-15 minutes. Great location!

Friendly Staff, Great Service, and Clean Facility!
I was very happy with the service I received at The Smart Stop Storage place in Arden. Sheila and Crystal were very friendly and helpful. This particular day they were having some difficulties with their computers though dealt with the issues as best and quickly as they could. I appreciated their kindness, and communication during the process. The facility is clean and well laid out. I appreciated the fact that there was a bathroom I could use. I would recommend this storage facility to any who are looking. Don’t hesitate to give them a call.
