Move in process ws difficult.
Upon arriving at the facility I learned my reservation had been canceled. I registered again, and the price was increased from $116 to $150/mo. Upon arriving at my unit, I was surprised to encounter a 6 inch curb in front of the unit which will house either a 96 Corvette or 94 Buick Roadmaster.
I am still awaiting the promised call from the facility manager.

I had no problems with service
I had no problems with service. The whole process was easy from start to finish. The only change I would make is to include information about extra fees like the mandatory insurance and purchasing a lock, somewhere on your online registration. By the time I was setting everything up, it was a little late to reconsider.

On the phone I was promised I would pay...
On the phone I was promised I would pay $1 for first months rent and $25 for administration fees. However they failed to mention that you have to buy a lock and you have to have insurance, so I walked out paying more than expected. The staff was nice, however I wish I they were up front on all costs.

I just rented my first storage unit at Public Storage and was really impressed with the service I received. Gabby was such a nice person to work with! She was very knowledgeable on the facility and had an answer for every question posed. The facility itself is in a great location for me and is clean and well maintained. If you need a storage at a great price, go see Gabby, she'll set you up!

Simple and Quick
At the last minute of moving my personal belongings I decided it would be more beneficial to rent a storage rather than moving once again. I was able to go online and book and reserve the unit of my choice. I received a courtesy call confirming I would be there on that day. Upon arrival the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the whole process was quick and painless.
