Nice for MN winters
This is one of the only storage facilities where you drive into a warehouse with individual storage units inside - no cold elements to battle.

Ad said $1 first month with $24 set up...
Ad said $1 first month with $24 set up fee. When all was said and done it was over $61.xx so not as stated. Went to put something in my space and found out they do not allow entree after 6 pm. so for me working til 5 most nights, got there late by 10 minutes. Would be nice to have longer hours for us working people.

Public Storage has the best prices in town
Public Storage has the best prices in town. Eron was super helpful. The security seems like it is more than adequate and the space was clean and perfect for my needs. They have lots of stuff like boxes and packing materials available for purchase as well.

LaQuoia and Laurie were great! They were very helpful and got us set up and ready to move in things to our storage space. They were very friendly even though they were having technical problems. I also was very happy that they were great at answering questions even though I am sure they get the same questions hundreds of times a day. A great place to store your things! It was clean and easy to access.

Hidden costs
I was drawn in my the offer of a "deal" for the first months' rental, only to have the cost almost double because of the hidden fees. I don't know that I would have gone anywhere else, but it would have been nice to have been fully informed of all of the "start up" costs before I made the commitment.

great short term option!
I had to store items for less than a month. The public storage was perfect. I booked online & got to visit the unit within a few hours. Facility was in good condition, staff members were helpful, courteous, and offered complete information. The clientele over the weekend is kinda sketchy. I never felt "unsafe" but there were moments when the people inside the building creeped me out. If you can move in/out during off peak hours or non-weekends you'll get in & out quickly and efficiently.
