We offer a clean and courteous self-storage facility for your personal or business needs. Our exceptional customer service is what makes us confident that we stand out from the rest and our state of the art security provides a safe and convenient self-storage solution for your valued possessions.

-There is a 12.00 Utility fee in addition to your monthly rent when renting a temperature controlled space
-Electricity is an additional charge
-All renters are required to carry insurance on their belongings/vehicles, proof is required or we have it available for purchase
-Vehicles must come prepared with a copy of their title
- 37.00 admin fee every rental
-Outdoor parking there is an additional 32.00 outdoor management fee and 12.00 tag fee non refundable

Overall good value and service but could use some maintenance

The facility is conveniently located, fairly priced, and the staff has been both helpful and courteous. My only disappointment is that the rubber strip at the bottom of the door is totally disintegrated from age, which leaves a gap that is open to water during a hard rain. In fairness, I have not spoken to the facility manager about this yet. But it is so obvious that it seems it would have been fixed as part of general maintenance.

Not impressed

Gate did work properly, there is also not much driving space for larger vehicles to make turn or drive along the sides of the units because they store all of their moving vehicles there.

Easy to use, prompt assistance

I moved into the space as planned. The code is set up when I made the reservation didn't work but the owner Tabitha answered the phone immediately and helped me access the space. Was pleased at how easy to use the space has been so far and impressed with everyone's friendliness.

Expensive

It was $160 a month for a 10' by 15' unit. However I reserved a supposed 5' by 10' online, but when I got there it seemed more like a 3' by 5'. They lady working there was super helpful with getting me a different unit but it is still very expensive for one month.

Very accommodating staff!

The staff was very accommodating with great communication. They event lent me a temporary padlock because I forgot mine even though there were locks to purchase on-site. There are only two minor complaints. One being that the unit was not swept out. The other being there was no security key pad to get into the unit. All the others seemed to have this feature except for this unit.
