From day one Tammy had been a gem. Her and her husband are very helpful and take great care to make sure the facility is clean and safe. I would absolutely recommend this place and it's the only storage in Wichita that I would even consider using.

It was like family galling family!! George Washington blvd makes close and easy to access . I feel safe and cared for trust with this facility is my number one option. They are honest and sincere and being a senior citizen able to make this comforting and safe for me. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll never go elsewhere if ever I need to after this. Wonderful people there.

First of all the owners were very kind helpful pretty quick on the paperwork Price is definitely good the 24-hour access is not common here in Wichita so that's awesome too they're working on getting insurance they say but other than that it's probably a better place than anywhere I've used for storage in this town

Short term ok. Long term, DO NOT DO IT!! FILTH!!

I would recommend this storage only for very short term. I have had my stuff in here for @ 3 years. My stuff is filthy with dirt. It is worse than if it had been sitting outside all this time.

Tammy and her husband are very nice people who go that extra mile every time. I've had my unit only a few days and she's already helped me open the unit, helped me get into my car when I locked the keys in it and helped me locate my phone when I misplaced it. The lot is very well maintained with good lighting and my unit was spotless. I'm very impressed with this business. The prices are the best in Wichita, I know, I spent 2 weeks pricing them before I picked this one. The DAV next door is a plus!

Great people and very clean facility! I have rented here for quite a few years. The staff has always been great! They have helped me move some of my heavy junk a couple of times and also let me in after hours when i forgot my gate code. The manager lives on site which is a huge help. Never had any problems and will continue to rent here.

I have rented here before and had really good service from this place. I lost my key the last time I rented here and the manager was very helpful and cut the lock off for free. I especially like the fact that they have cameras everywhere and a heavy duty gate. The price is extremely reasonable for what you are getting.

They Manager was very helpful and place seemed very secure and clean.

This the second unit I rented here. I like this place because they don't charge you lots of extra fees. The other place I checked offered the first months rent for free, but they charged all kinds of administrative fees and wanted me to buy their over priced lock and insurance. They sure made up for the giving the first month away for free.The people here are very nice. I liked this place because it was fenced and had a security gate. They also have lots of cameras and the manager said she lived there on site.

This is not the cheapest place in Wichita, but it is probably the best value in Wichita. I looked at cheaper ones, but they were not fenced and did not have cameras . I moved in here several months ago and have been very impressed with the place. Last week I forgot my passcode and it was after hours but I went ahead and called the office and to my supprise, the manager answered the phone. I told her It was kind of an emergancy that I got in and she said no problem, since she lived there on site she would fire the computer up and let me in. Wow, most places won't even ansewer the phone after hours. This is a good reason to pick a place that has an on site manager. Very nice people and place!!

Best bang for your buck that i found

Checkedsome of the other places out but when i started asking questions about admin fees, insurance and late fees George Washington storage was the best deal by far. Some of those other places advertise move in for $1. YEA RIGHT! What they don't tell you up front is there are a ton of hidden fees you have to pay. I was impressed with this place. I would recomend it to any one.

First class facility! Did not lure me in with some kind of discount then raise may rent.

I have rented from other facilites but this has been the best place. Some of the other ones will quote you a low price but when you get there there are all kinds of additional fees. Had one place raise my rent 3 times in one year. I have been here two years and never had my rent raised. Have not ever heard of any one having any problems with breakins here either. Lots of cameras and manager that lives on site helps!!! Would recomend this to anyone!!
