Hazardous pavement conditions at entrance of storage building locker 109
Pavement at entrance is completely broken up & not only creates hazardous conditions but extremely difficult to wheel the dolly into the storage when loading & unloading!

I'd definitely recommend this location to anyone.
I've had a few storage units over the years for both business and personal use. This is one of best check in experiences I've had. Sarah, the on site manager, was very friendly, helpful and efficient. My unit was very clean and the light in the unit was working (sounds basic but often isn't the case). I'd definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Corridors need cleaning and light thereof needs fixing
Telephone customer service was great. Great location. Can use some cleaning in the corridors. Some lights are working and others are not. My unit is dark and I opened and put my stuff in in darkness

I didn't know what storage place I should use. After looking online I chose this one. Sam was the one who signed me up. She took the time to go over everything with me. All with a smile on her face. She walked me to my unit and showed me where the carts were for moving heavy things. I had to come back a couple weeks later and was having trouble getting my lock off. Sam took time to walk to my unit and help me get the lock off. All the time with a smile on her face. I am here today and she remembered me and came to help me with the lock. She even remembered that I hadva neck brace on last time I was here from having surgery. I no longer have the brace on and she asked how I am doing since the surgery. It's the small things that make the world a happy place. Sam went above and beyond her duties. I will recommend Public Storage to any and everyone. Great job Sam!! And thank you so very much.

We had to get another storage unit at the last minute and Public Storage was there to help. We were there on Labor Day which was great that they were open. Samantha helped us with all the paperwork and we were lucky enough to get the Labor Day promotion. She made moving a breeze. Thanks for all your help Sam! Poor girl had to work the holiday.

Amazing Service
We received great service setting up our storage unit. The relief manager gave us excellent advice on packing, showing us the facility, and getting us the extra materials we needed to move in. Couldn't have gone smoother. Only thing I will say: They didn't make it 100% clear on the website that because it's IL we needed to also buy insurance for the contents of the unit. Oh well. Thankfully the manager filled us in, but it was an unanticipated expense that I wish the website was more upfront about.

The Santa Ana location is an example of a great run property. It's always clean and the staff is attentive and helpful. Keith keeps everything running like a top. Customer service is the difference that keeps me coming back!
