I could not be more satisfied with my recent visit to this facility. Customer service representative Lynette was super kind, and very knowledgeable about the products offered. She has a way with customers that cause them to feel like family.

Customer Service Reps onsite are very kind and helpful. The site itself is very clean and organized. The ONLY complaint that I have is there is no restroom facilities for customers.

Tim was beyond amazing! His customer service was a 10/10. We had decided to rent a storage unit last minute and got there 20 minutes before closing. We got there and my fiance realized she had forgotten her ID. Instead of telling us to come back tomorrow, he waited for us to run home and grab what we needed. He was patient, kind, and really funny. Storage units are expensive but he'd be the reason I'd continue to use this public storage. ??

The customer service was outstanding
The customer service was outstanding. I had a rough day and didn't feel like running around trying to make the sales agent feel good about themselves. But they knew exactly what to do and how much of my time to take up. The facility was clean and the sales agent was extremely helpful.

The service I received was excellent! Tim and Creshona are always laughing and smiling and making a tough time a better for me every time I'm at the facility. Moving and storing is stressful within itself but they make it a lot easier for me. I would recommend this Location just because of those two guys in the office. They are awesome but overworked and under paid!!!

I have only had my belongings in storage for a few weeks so I really have no feed back regarding care for my stuff. but moving it in was very easy because of the help and training I received from the managers there. very courteous.

A little disappointed
I arrived after 6 pm to move my thingd into storage only to find all the carts locked awsy. Can you find a way to have someone there all your operating or at least leave the carts oor dollies out for customer use.
