Everything was easy and smooth

The overall experience was great.
I got a follow-up call from the facility on western/Shubert. The young lady was courteous, professional,informative. When l found a larger space @ #481for a good price l was initially quite impressed with Sandy's customer service skills , vibe etc etc. l. On the phone she was so nice . l felt happy & was looking forward to doing business with life storage. Sandy gave me a follow up call as well. She was just as pleasant in person as she was on the phone. Also patient, informative, & accommodating to my concerns, changes etc. Thanks for great service overall.

Look no further for your storage needs.
If you are looking for extra storage this is the place to go. Most of the facilities are climate controlled, they are so much cleaner than Public Storage and their prices can't be beat. On top of all that the staff is amazingly helpful and courteous.
